The Margaret Street studio offers cost-effective and flexible accommodation allowing stays for a minimum of 1 night! This property has sea views and is 5 seconds walk to the seafront. The location couldn't get any better with everything you need right on your doorstep. The studio sleeps two people. It has a double sofa bed and also a single sofa bed/chair. The studio is located on the first floor and is accessible via stairs only. The open plan living area comprises: Lounge area: quality double sofa bed, chair (can be converted to a single bed), TV & DVD, wardrobe hanging space, chest of drawers, mirror. Kitchen area: Fridge with freezer compartment, kitchen storage cupboards, kitchen sink and drainer, table top cooker with electric hob, microwave and oven, and electric steamer. Bathroom: comprising shower cubicle, wc, wash basin. The studio comes complete with all crockery, cooking utensils, pots and pans, glasses, bed linen, iron & ironing board.

The property is just five minutes walk from the Pool Valley coach station. Just walk up the Marine Parade and you will find it on your left or on your right if you go up St. James St. If you came by train you could walk for 20 minutes: folow Queen´s road until you get to the Clock Tower. Then turn left onto North street. Cross the Old Steine and follow St james St. up. You could also get a taxi very cheaply or catch the bus (numbers 7 or 12). By car, follow signs to Brighton Sea Front (A23), when you get to sea front/Brighton Pier, turn left at mini round-a-bout (along Marine Parade). Take your second available left (Madeira Place) Turn right onto St James Street, take your second right on to Margaret Street. As this property is located in the centre of Brighton & Hove it unfortunately does not come with parking. Brighton's excellent public transport system (see below) allows easy and affordable travel throughout the City and East Sussex. For this reason the majority of guests park in a permit free zone and access their car only when needed. Pay and display bays around Brighton & Hove are approximately £1 an hour 8am – 8pm. Resident bays and Pay and display bays are free to park after 6pm or 8pm depending on the zone. Day passes can be purchased for the majority of car parks from £8 a day, with some car parks offering FREE evening parking. Call Brighton & Hove Parking Information Centre on (01273) 293225. Permit free zones include: Roads north of Eastern Rd (Kemptown), Marine Parade free bays (1/2 way between Brighton Pier and Marina). Hanover (area of Brighton).
